BREWOPS

BrewOps is a full-stack SaaS platform built for coffee shops to manage inventory across multiple locations — featuring real-time stock alerts, full purchase order lifecycle management, batch/lot tracking with FIFO expiration logic, role-based team access, and rich reporting on stock levels, usage, waste, and valuations. Built with Next.js 15, MongoDB, Stripe, AWS S3, and OpenAI, it's a production-ready PWA covering everything from supplier management to team billing. As the sole engineer, I designed the entire system — from data models and REST APIs to the multi-role permission matrix and component library.
